Device manager - multiple monitors showing up - deleted the extra ones - no change
Tried various different USB ports - no change Clicked on 'Manage Add-ons' button - it opens a window showing 'Please Connect a Headset' and nothing else (no way for me to play around with the settings then).
Below that message, I have a 'Headset Not Detected (108) Fault'. I start SteamVR and get the message 'Due to a recent crash, some SteamVR addons have been blocked'.
